We were shocked at how professional and PRECISE this company was - from Kendra who handles the phones and appointments (so lovely) to the super honest and caring owner, Chris, to the incredibly hard working and detail oriented Matt (A SPECIAL THANKS TO YOU, MATT!). These guys not only know what they are doing, they take care in putting you at ease and have zero agenda besides making your home healthy once again. I am discerning about pretty much every service - especially repairs in the home, builders, plumbers etc - but I did my research and was referred here. "Our experience with Everclear Environmental Solutions from start to finish was "top notch".
We discovered mold under a bathroom vanity. I phoned around to get estimates for remediation. When Chris came out from Everclear to inspect and give us an estimate for the work required he was very professional, courteous and outlined what needed to be done and explained the process to us.
The two technicians who came out to get rid of the mold, Mario and Matt were excellent workers, self-motivated, hard working and thorough. Every step along the process they would explain what they were doing next. They were also two very nice young men.
Kendra, the office manager was very pleasant and helpful, communicating with us at every step along the way and accommodating our specific needs.
The independent air quality tester who came out to take an air sample to check if all the mold was gone, made the comment that the technicians sure did a nice job in the bathroom. The exposed studs had been wire brushed and cleaned and looked brand new.
The job became bigger than originally planned as more mold was uncovered, but the cost increase from the original estimate was very fair.
We would not hesitate in recommending Everclear Environmental Solutions . If you use them I am sure you will be as pleased as we were with the job they do."
